FAQ - My Data and Privacy

We want you to know that your privacy is important to us. We care about your data and understand that it's important to keep it safe. That's why we designed our app to save most of your data (e.g.: your meal plan, calories tracking, fasting planning and tracking, exercise tracking, water drinking tracking) on your mobile device and never send it to our servers unless you choose to back up your data.
For your shopping list, we store your list on a highly secured server to provide you with advanced functions such as sharing with friends and family and shopping the same list synchronously. We take your privacy and security seriously, and our server is designed to protect your data from unauthorized access.
By storing your shopping list on our server, you can enjoy the convenience of accessing it from any device with an internet connection. You can also share the list with your family and friends, so they can see what you need and contribute to the list in real-time. We understand that your shopping list is personal, and we treat it with the utmost care.

To migrate your data between devices, you can use the backup and restore feature. To do so:
  • Open the app on your old device and go to the backup and restore section in the settings menu.
  • Choose to create a backup of your data and save it.
  • Install the app on your new device and open it.
  • Go to the backup and restore section in the settings menu and choose to restore your data from the backup you created on your old device.

We want to remind you that it's important to back up your data before upgrading to a new version of our app. While we always strive to provide a smooth and seamless upgrade experience, unexpected issues can sometimes arise during the update process. To ensure that your data are saved, we highly recommend that you back it up before upgrading to a new version.
To back up your data, simply go to the app's settings menu and look for the backup and restore option. Choose the option to create a backup of your data, you can easily restore your data in case of any issues that may occur during the update.

To delete your account, please follow these steps:
  • Open the app and go to the account settings section.
  • Choose to delete your account.
  • Confirm the deletion by following the prompts.

Help & FAQ - Shopping List Management

To add a new shopping list, simply click the "Add List" button and enter a name for your new list. You can then add items to this list using the methods described below.

To edit/duplicate/delete a shopping list, you can long press the list you want to edit/duplicate/delete and a menu will appear. You can then select the action you want to perform.

There are 4 ways to add items to a shopping list. You can type a sentence (e.g.: "1 lb apple @walmart", which means buy 1 pound apple from walmart, of course you leave any part out just typing "apple") in the input box to add an item.
You can click the 'Add Item' button to fill a form.
You can also use the 'recommend' tab to select your items from a list of items.
Or you can add items directly from the recipe page. To add items from the recipe page, simply click the "Add to Shopping List" button and select the shopping list you want to add the items to.

To mark an item as purchased, simply double click the item. You can also double click a purchsed item to mark the item as not purchased.

To edit/delete multiple items, you can long press one of the items you want to edit/delete and then select all the other items you want to edit/delete. Several action button will appear on the top and you can then select the action you want to perform.

We support filter by store, category, and purchased status. You type in the filter box and select the suggestions to apply your filter.

Help & FAQ - Calorie Intake Tracking

To search for a food by name, simply type the name of the food into the search bar and click the "Search" button. You will then see a list of matching foods that you can select from to add to your daily log.

To search for a branded food by barcode, simply type the barcode number into the search bar and click the "Search" button. If you are a premium user, you can also scan the barcode with your device's camera to quickly find and track the food.

To search for a restaurant's menu items, simply type the name of the restaurant into the search bar, and to narrow down your search, you can also type the name of the menu item you are looking

To add a recipe, simply click the "Add Recipe" button on the recipe page. You can also add a recipe from the recipe page by clicking the "Add Recipe" button on the recipe page.

To add a meal, simply click the "Add Meal" button on the meal page. You can also add a meal from the recipe page by clicking the "Add Meal" button on the recipe page.
